Video-recording fees are based on the following criteria:

Standard time allowance* Household content volume* Gross square footage*

Our fee criteria is based on regional videography industry standards.

Please note: Standard Time Allowance*: Up to 3 hours on premises per property.

Household Content Volume*: Large quantities of possessions and or collectables to be recorded may exceed standard time allowance. We will be happy to discuss your content profile prior to recording.

Gross Square Footage*: Includes any non air-conditioned areas containing contents such as garages, attics, balconies, outside attached storage areas/closets, etc.

Duplicate DVD's are available for $15.00/ea. Please note: Video Property Archives™ does not share or retain any original or duplicate client recordings, therefore duplicate DVD's must be requested prior to or at the time of the video recording.

Standard trip charges will apply from our home base in Sarasota, Florida to your property destination:

50 - 110 miles...$45.00 R/T ~ 111 - 200 miles $75.00 R/T
