Residential Property Rates: Pricing is based on gross square footage, standard time allowance, and household content volume as outlined below.

Up to 2000 gsqft.    $275

2001-3000 gsqft.     $325

3001-4000 gsqft.     $375

4001-5000 gsqft.     $425

5001-6000 gsqft.     $475

Over 6,000 gsqft.    Call

Gross Square Footage: All living area under air-conditioning, including any non-air-conditioned areas containing contents such as attached garages, attics, balconies, outside attached storage areas/closets, etc. Additional unattached buildings sharing common grounds such as guest houses and free-standing garages will be additional.

Household Content Volume: Average household contents can be recorded within the standard 3-hour time allowance. Large quantities of possessions and/or collectables may require additional recording time. We will be happy to discuss your requirements prior to recording.

Standard Time Allowance: Please allow up to 3 hours on premises per property. Additional charges may apply if recording requirements exceed standard time allowance.

Duplicate DVD's are available for $15/ea. Please note: Video Property Archives™ does not share or retain any original or duplicate client recordings, therefore duplicate DVD's must be requested prior to, or on the day of recording.

Business Inventories: On-site evaluation required prior to recording.

Service area includes: All Southwest, Southeast, and Central Florida including Sarasota to Tampa Bay, Boca Grande, Sanibel/Captiva to Naples, Florida Keys, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando to Gainesville. Standard trip charges apply.
