On the day of inventory we video-record all accessible contents beginning with exterior recordings of your entire property including reference footage of your neighborhood. We then move inside to capture every item room by room directed by the client or an assigned agent. Our video inventory process records your items with detailed pans and exceptional close-ups. Contents inside cabinets and drawers will be recorded according to client's approval. We encourage client participation regarding personal descriptions of important works of art, collectables, amenities, etc. Any items to be included in a trust, estate, will, bankruptcy, or divorce settlement should also be referenced during this audio-video process.
You will receive a custom digitally time/date-stamped DVD featuring your entire home's interior and exterior including household contents & amenities, architectural features, wall, floor & ceiling applications, furniture, rugs, fine art, china, crystal, sterling, jewelry, antiques, collectables, wardrobes, electronics, appliances, sports equipment, A/C units, generator, elevator, security system, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, privacy walls & gates, pool/spa & equipment, ponds, garages, cars, water & aircraft, etc., on premise (weather permitting) during recording.
